Englightened new hotel with GU10 LED lamps

The hotel chain Ibis Styles is benefitting from Sylvania’s innovative RefLED GU10 lamps at its new office in Nivelles, Belgium. The Ibis hotel was using halogen lamps and was looking for an energy-efficient solution that required little or no maintenance. In a hotel environment it is also important that the lighting works with presence detectors, especially in corridors and other communal areas. LED lamps have the advantage that they provide instant light, do not suffer from high switching frequencies, are perfect for motion detectors and allow additional energy savings to be realised.

The RefLED GU10 lamps by Sylvania met all the criteria and proved to be the best choice for the project. The lamps offer a great quality of light, are highly energy efficient and compact in size. There are 250 RefLED 350lm GU10 (240V) and 60 RefLED 350lm 12V MR16 lamps used in various areas around the hotel. The installer, Mignone from Manage, carried out the installation and ensured it catered to everyone's satisfaction.
